  • Fact-Based Comparison - We utilize the beliefs and issues framed by leadership to formulate “decision criteria” that become the basis for comparing alternatives.
  • Maintain Leverage - We guide the process closely to maintain the client’s leverage and retain a broad range of options until the final decision is made.
